Hi, I'm Sara: Wife, Mom, Author-in-Progress, and so much more. This blog is dedicated to sharing the things that bring me joy. Whether it's cat-shaped desk accessories, gardening ideas with a toddler, or suggestions on how to focus and get things done. I want to find my community and like minded people who enjoy what I share and want to connect on this little cozy corner of the internet.

Love the nails, hate that they don’t stay on. These ones have the 3D design which I love, but already lost the pinkie nail on my walk 🥲

Finally selling my shoes that haven’t fit me since I had my son, some even longer than that. 3 boxes full 😳 of beautiful adorable shoes, that fit on smaller feet than I have now. Hoping they all go to good homes, find my closet on Poshmark @ wifeytorres

In-between job applications these are my current activities. When the anxiety about my next paycheck pops up, I try to squish it down with some appreciation for these little things I now have time for and to enjoy it while I can.

Planning what’s next for me. I didn’t know when I started this account that I would have so much free time at home on my hands. Now that I have it, I am not going to squander it. Bringing my pups along for the ride. They seem to have confidence about everything they do, from climbing children’s picnic tables to eating rocks. 😂 at least I still have my sense of humor.

Cherish the little moments as they are what matter when the big stuff gets too much.

My real desk with all my essentials, but most importantly my cloud wrist and hand rests in front of my keyboard and mouse! I had carpel tunnel during my pregnancy and it’s brutal, gotta protect those wrists and why not make it cute? They come in pink too.
